Covid-19

This is a tribute to the incredible DNA family:
Educators, administration staff, governing body, parents and learners

DNA is closed for a 2 week winter break. T2 is over and what a term it’s been!

Can’t believe it’s only end of T2… feels like it should be end of term 4!!!

So much has happened in these last 3.5 months…

Our world has changed forever.

We’ve all had to learn how to live, work and socialise in new ways.

We’ve been forced to leave our comfort zones and face our fears and adapt ourselves to a “new” normal.

As an educational institution, the COVID situation presented us with monumental challenges but we were determined not to be defeated. Rather we were determined to overcome them and use it as an opportunity for growth and development Alhamdulillah.

Therefore we ensured that our pupils have continued to learn, discover and grow these last few months.

The school building was closed, but learning continued!

Our puplis are blessed to have committed educators and parents who have supported their continued education through distance learning these past few months, while sadly 80%+ of their peers in our beautiful country have had no access to learning during this period.

Keeping our children engaged and connected during lockdown was a priority.

So I salute the DNA family for stepping up and open heartedly embracing the changes, implementing the programs and graciously supporting me through this very challenging and unprecedented process.

The strength and success of our team does not matter in times of ease, but the strength and success of our team matters when things get tough… and we are better and stronger …Alhamdulillah!
